• General Counseling or having a General Counsel Retainer with us means that we will provide you with legal services (advice, guidance and strategy counseling) on a scope of issues tailored to fit the size, budget and needs of your business.
• With the Retainer, you call us when you need us, knowing that you can access us much like larger corporations having immediate access to their in-house attorneys. We will respond to your concern, by email, telephone, video-conferencing and in-person meetings. When necessary, we will supply you with other outside legal and technical experts.
• A General Counsel Retainer with us would allow you to focus on your business affairs while we focus, and proactively respond to legal matters that come up and ones that you bring to our attention. It will also help you make more informed and knowledge based decisions. This will help prevent problems or more problems including unnecessary litigation which may create barriers and disruptions in your pursuit of reaching company objectives.

• Compliance Matters: Ongoing advice on how to comply or come into compliance with summonses/violations, preemptory orders (vacate orders, stop work order, etc.) and other agency enforcement initiatives
• Community Advocacy: Having extensive experience with dealing with communities adversely affected by construction or heavy-handed actions of landowners, we also represent community groups or concerned neighbors.
